Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for subscribing to BookHive. We want to ensure you have a transparent, worry-free experience with our digital products and subscriptions.
1. Subscription Cancellations
- You can cancel your active monthly or annual Premium subscription at any time.
- To cancel, open the Google Play Store app on your Android device, tap your Profile icon, navigate to Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions, select BookHive, and tap Cancel subscription.
- Once cancelled, your premium benefits will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period. After the period expires, your account will downgrade to the free tier, and you will not be charged again.
2. Refund Terms
- Since BookHive offers access to digital library catalogs and offline downloads immediately upon subscription purchase, we generally do not offer partial or prorated refunds for already active billing periods.
- If you experience technical issues, payment errors, or billing discrepancies, please reach out to our team at bookhive.support@gmail.com with your purchase transaction ID, and we will evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
- You may also request refunds directly through Google Play’s self-service refund portal within 48 hours of purchase under Google Play’s refund guidelines.
