2. Premium Subscriptions & Billing

• Certain features (such as premium fonts, custom reading themes, and unlimited offline book shelves) are restricted behind a premium paywall.
• Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via secure payment processors. By subscribing, you authorize Google Play Billing and our integrated payment systems to charge the applicable subscription fees to your selected payment method.
• Subscription renewals are processed automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing cycle.

3. User Account and Data

All reading stats, milestones, and library preferences are saved locally on your device or linked to your anonymous user ID. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and local application data.

4. Limitation of Liability

BookHive provides classic public domain texts fetched from sources like Project Gutenberg. We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or formatting precision of all texts. The application is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the app after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
